Drink...

...a cup of chamomile tea with a teaspoon of honey



and listen...

...to an upbeat song!

Oh my gosh!!! That's what I had today! Camomile tea with honey!!! It is superbly nice, and I feel relaxed and subsequently sleepy after that. =P

Thanks for your msg, =D. I'm doing OK, but I think I have to continually submit my studies to God...I can get quite stressed easily when I don't do so.

Like I have this research paper due in 3 weeks, and I have yet to read up much on the topic. So have to trust God that He'll bring me through this period. Hee.

Oh wow! what a coincidence! yes, i felt sleepy too (or was it because i was lazy?). apparently it helps u to sleep better at night =P

no prob, i think it's good we can continue to "encourage" one another to continually trust in God! =) me too, i try not to stress myself out these days, juz do my best n leave the rest to God.

Good way to beat stress :)

I only drink tea every morning. Coffee gives me insomnia :p

i already have difficulties falling asleep if i drink tea too late in the evening, let alone coffee :p

Becos i drink tea everyday, i'm much more immune to its stimulant :)

LOL now coffee doesn't have any effect on me =S
so i dunno what to do if i wanna stay awake now!!
the caffeine stimulant u suggested on ur blog might not work for me. XP

Looks like you've drink so much coffee until you're immune to the effects of its stimulant :p
